•  Previously, RS505 and RS508 reports were only available in .xlsx format.
•  Now, both reports will be generated in .csv (Comma-Separated Values) format  and  Available for direct downloads and email attachments alike.
• ✅ This change ensures better compatibility across platforms. Provides improved consistency in data handling.
