• Source System Name.
• Customer Code / ApplicationRefNumber.

2️⃣ Customer Code Priority:

• Users can enter either Customer Code or ApplicationRefNumber.
• If both are entered, Customer Code takes priority.

3️⃣ Mandatory Field Logic:

• If Source System Name or Customer Code/ApplicationRefNumber is entered, the other becomes mandatory.

• Similarly, if Start Date or End Date is entered, the other also becomes mandatory.

📢Expanded Information Handling

Previous Behavior:

• RS006 allowed storing personal information of the customer only for Purpose 03 and Bulk Search.

Updated Behavior:

• The report has been revamped to allow information to be passed via Lookup and Data Ingestion for Purpose 02 as well.
• This enhancement greatly increases RS006’s versatility, supporting a wider range of use cases while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
