The new RS062 – All Customer List Report comes with customized fields aligned to the data ingestion file format. That means the extracted report is directly reusable for updating customer status

1️⃣ Go to the Reports section → select Customer as the category → pick RS062 Report.
2️⃣ Filter customers by status: Active, Inactive, Dormant, or Suspended.
