• Enter the required details and run the lookup.

⚙️ Important Parameters to Consider:

 🆔 Application Ref Number (AppRefNumber):

• Can be entered before performing the lookup or during case creation.

 📌 SourceSystemName (SSN)

• This enhancement ensures faster case creation, better tracking, and more efficient reporting.
