The Lookup feature now allows you to create a case immediately after screening a customer, making your workflow faster and more efficient.
🚀 How It Works:
🔍 Perform Lookup:
- Enter the required details and run the lookup.
⚠️ Alert Page Appears:
- Review the alert results.
📝 Create Case:
- Click the Create Case button to initiate a case directly from the alert page.
⚙️ Important Parameters to Consider:
🆔 Application Ref Number (AppRefNumber):
- Can be entered before performing the lookup or during case creation.
📌 SourceSystemName (SSN)
- This enhancement ensures faster case creation, better tracking, and more efficient reporting.
